Heard of it, haven't seen the video mentioned above. I know guys can inflate their sack with the same method, although I'm not sure I understand why they'd want to walk around with a cantaloupe between their legs.
And while it is tempting, it seems like it's something you'd need to get done perfectly or it could have very bad side effects, including death. Not something I'd want done by a non-medical professional.

I've heard of both saline and n20 inflation. there's a video of someone doing saline inflation on howard stern somewhere.

Had to google n2o inflation (was reading it as n twenty) and that just seems incredibly dangerous. Injecting a gas into your body like that.

This is one of those fetish acts which isn't difficult to do, or to find someone who'll perform it on you, but IS difficult to do/have done safely. :D I have done saline breast inflation quite a few times now and have essentially figured the process out. My wife is a 34 B bra and when we inflate she becomes a 34 D or DD. Here is how it works.... 1.) supplies. you will need 2 bags of normal saline. NOT lactated ringers, sterile water, D5W, or any other fluid, but NORMAL SALINE. anything else starts to really screw with serum electrolyte levels. I would start with 500 ml bags and work up from there. We routinely use 1L bags but that is about the absolute limit as you start to get fluid creep into surrounding tissues after about 700 to 800 ml depending on the physiology. You need two IV admin sets. 10 to 15 drop sets are ideal, but I have used mini drip sets, they just take longer. you need either two luer lock needles or IV type catheters. I personally just use the needles as the process becomes more complex with the catheters and the needles are easier to adjust during the infusion. I usually use 19-22 ga needles, but have gone all the way up to 16 ga. You will also need alcohol wipes, medical tape, and preferably a tegaderm or other occlusive dressing. 2.) process. Spike the bags and place the capped needles/catheters on the admin set, flush the lines. clean the infusion site ( I usually use the underside of the breast so the injection site is not visible in a pushup bra). Place the needles parallel with the chest wall pointing upwards. hang the bags and start a drip. tape and secure the tubes and needles and cover the site. Sterility, sterility, sterility....... adjust the flow for comfort and eventual size.. This procedure is very painful and causes a whole gamut of strange sensations and discomforts. I use Lidocaine with this procedure, but I am an actual professional and will not disclose here any information about that due to safety concerns. When i inflate the breasts, I usually go until i get supra-sternal fluid creep. At that point (about 1 liter per side) they are big, hard, and deformed. After about an hour, they settle in and begin to look normal and big (but still hard). The process takes about 3 hours total and the effects last about 5-8 hours depending on many variables (how much you rub and play with the boobs and such). This has been just a basic overview and I have left many details out due to my disdain for typing at this time....

when i crossdress i inflate my flat chest to get about c size breasts.
i hang an iv bag of normal saline from hook on the ceiling. i usually warm the saline to body temp by nuking it 90 seconds. with the tube (called an administration set) connected to the bag i attach a needle (currently using 20 gauge inch and a half needles. i clean the site thoroughly with alcohol. pushing the needle in hurts til you are through the skin. if you have warmed the saline there is no pain from the infusion. if you dont warm the saline there is discomfort, but not much. takes half an hour per breast. ymmv. when you pull the needle out you get leakage from the hole (blood and saline) i use duct tape tostop this. discard the needle. it will get germs and it will be dull. lasts 4 hours at full size and up to 24 hours at partial size. i get my supplies from kinky medical.

There are a sizeable number of vacuum pump fetishists, who use vacuum tubes to make their genitals swell up, and a lot of those end up switching to saline injections for bigger, longer lasting size increases, and while in the minority, there are some women among that group infusing their labia. So while I don't think it will ever be mainstream, I think it is entirely possible for breast inflation fetishists to become saline infusion fetishists, or for saline infusion fetishists to get into breast inflation. breast inflation doesn't need to be very painfull. i have done it (as a man) and it is important to use lidocaine before you inject the saline. as soon as it starts to hurt, again inject 5 cc of lidocaine 1 or 2%

Yep, there was a video of some kinda radio show doing it, the girl got pretty big, but it always fades in a day, and streches the skin of your chest out. Also, looks a bit strange when she did it, and apparently it's really painful.
