Help finding an old picture

okay, looking for some help finding another old picture. this one used to be on deviantART, and in fact was (for a while, anyway) one of the top results when typing "inflation" in the search bar.

it was a woman drawn in anime style, with a large inflated belly; she was wearing what I seem to remember as a yellow or orange bikini. the coloring on the picture stood out to me (I think it was colored by hand, with colored pencils, as opposed to the more common digital coloring). I also seem to remember something like a flame or fireball near her, and a typical "surprised/angry" anime expression on her face.

finally, I remember the artist's comment, which was to the effect of "if you draw a piece of inflation art that is obviously your own work, it will become popular". I remember looking at the picture several years ago, and discovering that the artist had deactivated their account; unfortunately I cannot remember either the name of the picture or the artist.
