And it gets-- ANYWAY! I'm still working out the details but it'll be different from what you remember. I'm still working on the details, but it's going to be a new and modern IC/B2E, for the modern age. I hope it'll be successful!

Not everyone thinks things through as much as we do. The general public assumes (incorrectly of course) that no one can see what they're doing unless that person is physically there looking over their shoulder. I'm not saying we should be pandering to stupid people, just considering that they exist and can usually raise quite a ruckus when upset. Why not just avoid the issue and "foolproof" your links?

Way back in the olden days of the Internet, I created the IC/B2E (which stands for "Inflatable Clothing/Body Expansion"). I had several stories and links to various websites. I tried to make it into a link hub of sorts to compile links to various websites because they were scattered all about. This was before hubs like DeviantArt existed. Bodyinflation.org was just getting off the ground about that time as well.
However, various life changes and lack of motivation caused the IC/B2E to go long periods of time without updating and, eventually, go completely defunct. And now, with places like DA and BI.org, and many other sites like them, the IC/B2E as it stood was a relic of a bygone era.
I am now trying to figure out just what the IC/B2E should be like in the modern era. I have a few ideas but I'm still trying to work it all out in my head.
For those that do remember the IC/B2E, what would you all like to see make a return?

As much as I want to go off on a list of things that I'd like to see, I think there is a question that begs being asked even more: What could a modern IC/B2E provide?
Forums? This site has that pretty well handled, and they are admittedly slow save for maybe a handful of consistent posters.
Picture sharing? Again, this site to a lesser extent covers that, but DA has become quite the monster when it comes to all forms of drawn inflation content. Whether bad or good, it usually ends up there, or copy-pasted onto one fetish Tumblr or another.
Video sharing? While the links here are mostly old or dead, I'm certain everyone has their go to site for free or paid gif/animation/video content. Between youtube, dailymotion(but not really...at all), C4S, Pornhub, furaffinity, etc., being yet another area for reposted videos wouldn't be that enticing.
I feel my point has hit its mark. Now I can imagine most people will say something about adding a dedicated RP room/channel, but from what I understand that's rather tricky to insert onto a site. Not sure if that's a route you'd want to take anyway. That said, lest you can partner up with certain content creator's and give them a enticing reason to want to exclusively use your site for representation or otherwise, you will struggle to find your niche.
But if anything, as a start, maybe being a modern directory of aforementioned content creators would be handy. Break it up into different categories such as writing, art, videos, animation, paid content, etc. Get a grasp of who's who in the inflation world and create a page dedicated to sending people the right direction. Again, off the top of my head, but most things I would like to suggest are already well taken care of. A good deal of creativity might have to come straight from you as the site creator. My intention with this message was not to deter you from your path, but to bring forth the likely problem you'll face. I'm glad you're making your way back onto the scene, and hope for nothing but the best for you and your endeavors.

^ Unfortunately I'm kind of inclined to agree. IC/B2E certainly served a purpose back in the day when content was more spread out. Now that things have mostly congealed here, DA, and YouTube, it's hard to make a good case for another site in the fold unless its mission is different enough. If the "IC" part of IC/B2E is that differentiating point, or if you're creating new content, then that should be the focus.
Nevertheless, it's good to see old names back in the mix.

Yeah, the above thoughts were mine too. That's why I was struggling with the idea of bring the IC/B2E back at all.
However, I recently spoke with Wren of the then "Wren Spot", and have come up with an idea of producing new content. It is my intention to create brand new content for the revamped IC/B2E.
However, this may take a bit of time so don't expect it to return for a couple months at least. But it will return!

One thing - it might be a server for online competitive inflation gaming!
Like a Steam, but for things Steam will never authorize ^_^ Nobody provides that - neither BI, nor DA, nor FA, nor anyone else! ^_^
It opens a road to anything online - from tet-a-tet inflation matches to MMOs - so many developers here were limited by not having a server, and so many WILL BE limited to offline in the future! ^_^

Folks, I wanted to provide an update. I'm currently waiting on an inflatable suit to be manufactured and sent to me before I begin creating new content for the IC/B2E. I have not forgotten about it. I thought it would be done by now and in my hands. Alas, it's still in the "manufacturing" stage. I have been told that it should be done soon, but until it's in my possession, I cannot start producing content.
Please have patience folks. It will return! :D

However, I'm now dubious about that name and am thinking about creating something entirely new. Do you all want me to keep the name "The IC/B2E" or come up with a new name?
