I have a larger list of SSBBWs to swell up than I need, but the first one on the list at the moment goes to SSBBW Brianna. I would want to give her another pill designed to make her bigger, and I would love to keep her expanding until either her body rounds out or until she fills the room. XD

It’s taken a long time for both of these sides of the aisle to converge, but it’s definitely happening as each of these fetishes get more members to their communities simply from the duration they’ve been around - a decade and counting. Content creators are often flowing between each nowadays (and depending on who’s commissioning what, of course), but the practice of emphasized curves and just the depiction of making them a little more saggier or rounder is pretty easily done.
Being a person who can accept either/or, combined however is a concept that I’d for instance have trouble struggling to depict in literature, just from how few examples there are to read throughout all the domains out there. Typically it’s fine to occupy one camp or the other because the line still blurs at “any form of bigger is better”. There hasn’t been a lot of “inspiration” or “reasons” to imagine an individual expanding in two ways at once...

A few of my pieces do exactly that, but since the fat created and stored is indeed pneumatically firm, is also explosively unstable...heh, what can I say? I like a big BOOM. That said, I was like this before this Internet fad came along (just wait a couple more years, it'll go away).
But yeah, I made a LOT of my stuff when Fat=Inflation for me.

Layla BBW would be a given for me. I must confess I'm not confortable with SSBBW in general as I find it to be a bit of an unhealthy freakshow and I likes my inflation fantaisies to be far-out, cartoon likes scenario. Althought I totally how it people can get into it.
Thus said, Layla gigantic tummy, even do she's very real, is hard not to see as some kind of cartoony big balloon belly, which I can't help to wonders at!
So, if I was to inflate her I would simply tease her that she's not even that big, that I've seen a much bigger woman... only to jumpstart a "Frog and the Ox" like scenario where she would puff herself as big she could, only to ask me if he got big enough between each breath, as she would grow bigger, bigger and bigger!
I would stop her just a second before she reach her bursting point do, and play with her big balloon frame as long as I could ;)
