So I have been inflating my belly with an auto air pump for more than a year now and I feel less pain but how can I tell if my belly is close to exploding? I feel my belly getting tighter as it swells up with air but does this mean I am close to bursting?

I believe it’s for legal reasons, they don’t want to get in trouble if someone actually does it, hurts themselves and then in turn ties it back to this site, etc.
im sure there must be a discord or group out there for it, but not here.

Of course silly people will do silly people tricks. But we don't have to have it here, and since it is the will of owner of the site, we do not. There is nothing stopping silly people from creating their own silly website and community for their silly people tricks. Go there, do that. Problem solved!
You can't actually physically burst from inflation, you're more likely to rupture something.
Practice safety when self inflating, too much of anything can be harmful. Stay safe!
