Can't find a story.

From what I remember there were two of these, but I'm okay with focusing just on the first one.

It was about this bartender who talks with this patron who's trying to drown her sorrows (I want to say a break-up? That or college troubles). The bartender, feeling sympathetic, gives her a drink that causes her to inflate (and I want to say float), and the bartender uses the inflation as a teaching moment/moral for the patron by using the inflation as an analogy/metaphor.
