Looking for Old Story

I have vague memories of a story on Stormr's old website where a woman is captured by some suave guy who inflates her by sticking a hose in her arm. I think she pops but winds up surviving. The story ends with her still captured and the guy wanting to play another "game" with her. I think this story even had a background image of a blown up woman giving a thumbs up (although I'm not sure if that actually fit the context of the story or not).

Anyone else remember this?
