There has been stories of some weird creature roaming around the town causing mischief. This creature is called the Nocturnal because it only comes out in the night. This Creature is described as being dark, ghostly, fangs, humanoid body like its from space, and has three horns protruding from the back of its head. If anyone goes near the Nocturnal they will be bitten by its fangs and injected with mysterious venom, which causes the victims to blow up like balloons and possibly meet their end.
