Looking for old Street Fighter Manga

I vaguely remember this street fighter manga with chun li and the stretchy arm dude in a fight. It gets weird and there is BE involved. I remember it used to be on some yahoo group but I can't remember for the life of me and can't seem to find it.

Anybody else remember what I'm talking about.
