Help finding a story?

I remember reading a story about to people, possibly rivals, and one was man and one was woman. Anywho, the man causes the womans butt to grow. The only unique part of the story that I can remember is that she is on stage giving some sort of speech, and she runs off crying. The news reporter makes a joke or something about her butt, and he then says "Im going to get fired for that aren't I?" or something like that. Please. Help!
