Jessie Meets the new kid

Jessie gets a new kid to babysit, but it seems he has some snarling ideas up his sleeve. When decorating for a party, Jessie gets caught off guard by a hose that seems to have been hooked up to the helium tank used for the party. Jessie pulls at the hose but it seems jammed shut deep into her mouth as she hears a loud hissing sound and feels a massive wiff of air pushing down her throat. Looks like the balloons werent the only thing being filled that night.
