Not all of them. Just some of them.
Whether a clip includes the pop is entirely up to the person who captured and edited it. Many people don't care for gory explosions, so it's not unusual for them to be left out.

Parker goes searching for Honey who, in typical horror cliche fashion, has run off alone. Parker finds her with the hose from an air compressor taped to her mouth. Instead trying to help, she just stares while Honey inflates until she bursts. I'm nominating Parker for The Most Useless Friend Ever award. The clip cuts out before the pop.

You can request a version that has it.
Luther made an article in the main page about these videos he is posting. He wrote "Let me know if there's a particular clip you'd like to see and I'll try to dig it up".
But remember, the more polite, the better luck brought :)
The fact that all the clips with popping omit the bang is rather annoying.
