"Not again!!!!! MPHMPHHH MHPHMPPHHHHH!!!!!!
Ellen tried to yell between muffled shouting and some desperate tries to pull the powerful vacuum, off her mouth, but to no avail. Panic overcame her, as the damn machine malfunctioned and went straight into her mouth, vacuuming her lips tight around it's edge. The memories from her previous vacuum incident were quite fresh, how could she forget since she was ballooned out to the size of a parade blimp above her school due to her clumsiness and humiliated herself almost in front of half the town...and it seemed like that clumsiness was taking place again for a second mishap, only this time it was a little different...
Instead of the air being forced inside of Ellen's body, it was being sucked out of her, leaving her more limp and deflated by the seconds. The poor girl lost her ability to stand straight, as all her composure was steadily weakening and she as being piled to the floor like a rubbery mess...
At that point you entered the living room, to find her completely flat and deflated, laying there like a deflated sex doll, the vacuum still tight in her mouth, trying to suck the last bit of air out of her rubber body, making weird noises as there was nothing else to suck...
Ellen's eyes were pleading for help at her flattened face, as you ducked above her with a grin on yours...
"Haha look at you, you really need some air, Ellen! Let's make sure you get enough of it then, hehe..." You almost whispered to her, as you switched the knob on the machine to invert mode, and it started siphoning air out of it instead of sucking it in...
"MPHPHP MHPHPH MHPHPHPHPHPHPHPHPHPHHHH!!!!!!"
Ellen's pleading screams went way louder as her eyes went wider than before, as she felt the air entering her mouth with force, bloating out her deflated face and cheeks to the size of melons within seconds. That machine sure was powerful, as it took only a few seconds for Ellen to reach her normal shape and volume and start to over inflate like a balloon left to inflate unattended at a fair or something...

You yelled straight into her over inflated face, groping hard on her cheeks with full force, as her body had almost completely filled the room by now...
