Birthday inflation- what would you do to me?

It's my birthday and you decide the best present would be to inflate me. So how would you inflate me, what would you inflate me with, how would you play with my belly, how big would you inflate me, and would you let me deflate or would make me hold it in, or would you plug me up and if so what would you plug me up with?
