Waylon Smithers' Magic Inflation

Looks like a mysterious force causes Waylon Smithers Jr. to inflate like a balloon I think it's similar to the Black Magic Inflation seen in the Three Caballeros movie.

I have a blue version of Smithers, I will upload it later.
