Looking for a few stories.

I can't remember the names of these three. The first is a story of a woman angering a waiter and he feeds her to silence her and she pops.

A lady and this dude are in a car when she begins to inflate he wakes up after she explodes and he writes a story based on what happened. 

Lastly this girl tris to attack three girls in a mall and they turn out to be witches and they blow her up in a food court.
