Looking for a story

I remember a story from maybe 10-15 years ago. I seem to remember it being on Literotica, but I'm not finding it there now. 

The premise was two women who lived together and impregnated themselves/each other by some kind of mutant/magic hermaphroditic genital situation. The story tracked their pregnancies over nine months, and described tbe further-along one as being completely bedridden and immobilized by her huge belly by the end. It ended with her giving birth to a (I think Cinese-style) dragon. 

Does anyone here know what/where this was?
