Missing suit inflation story in library?

Hi, I am missing a good story: About a woman in her drysuit on the peer, and a clumsy woman on her roller skates falling on to her and then the woman in drysuit gets a bucket on her head and the clumsy woman inflates her suit against her will. I don't remember the name of the story or the author.
