Looking for an old image

I remember seeing this years ago in a yahoo group and I haven't seen it since those all got shut down.

It was a drawing of an inflated woman wearing a blue latext suit, from the side. She's laying on her belly, and is so big her feet a nearly a yard off off the ground. He breats are bigger than exercise balls and obscuring her face; her hands are passionately digging into them. She has brown hair in a poney tail.

Anyone have the forsite to save it...?
