looking for a anime style-like inflation short comic mermaid (male or futa) who got inflated by hi/her penis

I'm looking for a comic I saw about 15 years ago about a mermaid-style character who appears to have a penis and a hose connected to an air tank. She's in an office, starts running, trips, and the tank falls and activates, causing her to inflate. I don't remember much more than that. If anyone could help me or knows the artist's name, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks in advance!
