Hello, world.

I am a complete brainlet when it comes to “true” body inflation (i.e not getting a weird suit or sticking balloons up my pants.) So i was wondering if any of you guys here could give me some tips, pointers, and tutorials on how to do “real” inflation (i.e, water, air, etc.)

What if those genes were to turn on for humans?  I wonder if they're just dormant.
