I have no scruples... I'd do it all the time whether they could change back or not and whether they were fine with it or not.
If it was for real then I'd probably refrain from bursting them though :P but if the power was inside my mind then who knows what could happen if my mind was to wander.

I can think of a couple girls I'd do it to almost immediately. Also, can it be used with objects as well? Being able to pop a paper bag behind someone without moving would be a hell of a time.

Depends. If it was something that could be reversed, then certainly. Hell, I'd probably inflate myself at least once, just to see what it felt like and to see how big I could get. I'd likely be pretty careful about using it on other people though.

OH YES!I would find folks who were into it first,then have a *BIG&BIGGER* party.
If in this musing,you can inflate yourself,then I would be one of the first at the party to get swelled.
You would definitely be a popular person with the right crowd of folks.
It seems to me that there is a lot of people into inflation,judging from the comments on Youtube about the inflation/bloating pics.
