A hearty hello, and curious questions...

Hi everyone! I'm a 23/m from WI, and I've been into inflation for a while (first female breast, now female belly/ass too) and I've recently started inflating myself. I started with air first (up the butt lol) and I recently started trying to do water bloat. So far (just a few minutes ago) I've gotten only about 1 liter of water in, but that's after a snack and some soda.

I'm curious how long it takes to train your body on these types of inflation? I know everyone is different of course, but I'd like to get big (who doesn't) without having to gain weight to stretch my stomach that way.

I have other fetishes along with inflation, but I really like this because I can do it to myself without a whole lot of hassle and minimal consequences.

Is there some sort of... guide or wiki for doing things yourself?

Inflation is best imagined, not attempted. Drinking a lot of water is probably good for getting toxins out of your system, but not in huge quantities, and air inflation of any kind is risky at best and dangerous at least.

Unlike what most of us would prefer, the human body does not stretch well at all. Rather than give you a bloated look, pumping air up your ass would be more likely to give you a ruptured valve or intestine.

Do yourself a favor: instead of injuring yourself, come clean about your fetish to your significant other and ask for a little foreplay once in a while. Maybe telling her how to please you best will make it more enjoyable for her too.

I like my ladies in shape. Round's a shape.

Training the Body to stretch can be tricky and time consuming, but if your willing to do the time!

First you must read the Inflation Guide (Outdated i know but useful) it will give you a basic idea of what to do and how to get big without hurtting yourself

Note: how how air/water you can take can also be based on your Genetics, some peoeple can be more Stretched then others. But with time you can pull anything off :P

Where can I find this guide? I'd love to find some good tips on real inflation.

I should mention that I've done air inflations with a slow aquarium pump, and probably around... 15 times now? Something like that. I don't have the time to do them as often as I'd like. I know the risks (few, because I'm not stupid) but I have to say I loved how the water felt after I got done drinking it (I got up to 2 liters! Having room temp water helped so much, it made it a lot easier to drink as I didn't get a brain freeze from like ice water).

InflatorDan: do you want to take this to PM? I'm cool with that.

InflatorDan

Well Drinking Ice Water can actually making harder to grow, because the body contracts when its cold :D

And feel free to PM me or add me on MSN (daniel@messyhouse.ca)

i'll be sure to help you out as best i can, i'll also PM you the guide when i get a chance

Why ice water? Water is particularly good at absorbing heat, which i've found to be one of the several problems with using it. I would use water at body temperature. Drinking even room temperature water in large quantities (which isn't a very good idea anyway because it dilutes your body fluids) can give you hypothermia. I found the experience most unpleasant.

Also, you might want to think about the capacity of your digestive system. Your stomach alone can hold five litres and your intestines taken with it over twice as much. You wouldn't want that to be water, but air is good.

I've tested water, as plus i've worked with Water for many years, it will absorb heat to a point, and Ice Water will AS I SAID Constrict the body's Tissue and Organs. Using Hot or Warm water will Release heat, relaxing the body and making better for inflating.

Also i speak from Experience, as as always, Body Genetic can decide a lot of things.

Water at body temperature would be OK from the perspective of heat capacity, and yes, sorry, you did say that. Today, though, i was wondering about Ringer's solution. If the concentration of ions is the same as in the body, there wouldn't be a problem with water intoxication. Then i had another thought: carbonates of the cations would release large amounts of gas when combined with an acid, then if you got it to form a buffer solution the risk would still be pretty small.

Bolding mine.

I and many others have been successful at inflating ourselves. Getting larger is just a matter of patience and sensibility, as human skin does have some elasticity to it; ask any woman who's been pregnant or anybody who's gained and lost any amount of weight.

Always looking to meet local guys for inflation sessions!

It's probably partly down to luck, in that some people are more inflatable than others. I completely disagree about the water. The specific risk from air inflation is embolism and sudden death, and since i'm still here, i'm evidence that that risk is low but i may have been lucky. The specific risk from water inflation is water intoxication, but since liquids are not as compressible as gases, the water just occupies the volume it does, so it puts more pressure on its container than air, so i would say the risk is greater. Ringer's solution would avoid the risk of water intoxication.

I have never successfully inflated myself via my anus. I have done so via my mouth innumerable times. It also gets easier the more often you do it and sometimes you have to go slowly and rest often. I've done up to thirty litres (at atmospheric pressure) now.

Inflation via the anus involves having to get the gas round sharp angles at the bottom of the colon. I don't know how well that works for other people but when i've tried it i've felt it get stuck at that point, so i would guess the pressure could build up to danger point more easily, and it is a smaller space than the stomach. Inflation via the mouth involves avoiding rupturing the eardrums, avoiding letting air leak out through the nose and avoiding breathing in gastric contents, so it's important to be careful. Once it gets to your stomach, it blows it up to full capacity. That's a barrier in a way because you then have to wait for it to be drawn into the intestines, but there's a reflex which does that for you as well as natural leakage. If you go slowly, you really can achieve a lot. I'm sure there's a risk, but i've never injured myself. Nowadays i use a muscle relaxant, which means i can get bigger and i don't even get bloating cramps.

When you inflate through the anus with air, it's obvious not to use a high airflow pump. That's why a hand pump or aquarium pump is best: the airflow is very low, and allows the user to quickly and easily remove the air hose is there is pain, which I've never experienced.

I want to try water inflation because that's just it: try. I never said that I was dedicated to drinking a gallon of water in an hour. In fact, I only knew the 2 liter was my 'limit' because I have had huge gaming binges where caffeine was essential so we all bought our own liter bottles of soda. I went very slow and took it easy, monitoring myself for changes or anything that made me uncomfortable, and there wasn't any negative effects other than having to pee something fierce after a while :D

Don't get me wrong. I tried a couple of litres the other day and it was fine, but i didn't find it very exciting, mainly because two litres isn't very much compared to the amount of air i can get in quickly.

I have wondered if you could not drink for a fairly long time then drink a lot in order to avoid overhydration.

I think it depends how long- eventually your body will naturally start to absorb any water from any foods you ingest, and thus you won't pee but yeah, you'll be 'empty' otherwise. But I think overhydration comes from having tons of water and over exerting yourself, not like I'd imagine us where we are mostly sitting/etc and not running marathons.

Personally I start with an empty bladder (not drinking anything for 3-4 hours before hand) and also by eating a good meal before the no-drinking thing too. That way I'm not starving myself.

Also it's more of the after effects. I could definitely feel a jiggle in my step when I started drinking that much. I do warn that you definitely need time to pee afterwords though! My body started kicking it back out after half an hour or so. I wouldn't recommend it before any sort of social activity. I had to go about every 10-20 minutes for about two hours just to empty it all out. People would start to notice, I think.

Actually i recently tried mixing carbonates and citric acid and it unsurprisingly made me pee a lot because of messing with the internal environment. I really wouldn't recommend it - i think it threw either sodium/potassium or hydrogen ions off quite a lot and it was a bit frightening.
