Ricki-Oh is an honored classic in the kung-faux gore genre. I enjoy the mechanics that they chose to employ involving the fact that EVERYTHING that Ricki punches explodes (including the hand of a guy trying to punch Ricki). Delicious, silly, horrifyingly bloody fun. This is the "Army of Darkness" of kung fu films.
Oh, and there's inflation. Nothing that would be terribly exciting for most here, but one of the characters has a gun that inflates and bursts people that get shot with it. Why isn't that exciting? Because all the victims are roughshod prison blokes that blister up and explode like microwaved puppies.

Oh gods, I watched clips of this from i-mockery years ago. It was absurd then, just as I'm sure it is now. :s
Nice work posting it here, though! I wonder how many people enjoy scenes like that and the (in?)famous one from Big Trouble in Little China?
