There was one in spanish that was really hot. The commercials narrator was a cute blonde, and she had a purple balloon to enphasize on the bloated feeling :)
I think it was argentinian, and argentinian women have the sexiest accent ;)

That and the ones here really turn me on. Those women talking about feeling bloated and holding some inflateble item turn me crazy. Makes me want to do an animation in which a woman actually inflates(and eats an Activia to deflate) and offer it for an ad to the Activia executives.
