"Not encouraged" is putting it mildly. All members of this site must assert that they're 18 or older in order to register. Yeah, I know, most people just click through that part of the registration. But it's in there.
Anyone who is revealed to be under 18 will be banned.

I'm sure they exist. Most of us developed this fetish before the age of 18 But, it's probably not a good idea to be trying to seek out underage kids with certain fetishes.

Having been lurking the communities at around age 15-16, let me tell you it was quite difficult to find people to RP until I turned 18. Now that I'm 20 things are a lot easier, but I guess I was one of the more open ones. Most people over 18 are paranoid to do anything with anyone under 18, and rightfully so.

There's nothing to feel bad about if you discover this interest before you are 18; I did too, and puberty was like a light bulb going on over my head. There are only legal risks for everyone ELSE if you do anything about it at that time.

It's very quiet to non-existent here for a really, really good legal reason. Generally, discussions of a sexual nature (or things that people outside of this fetish would consider sexual) about or with folks under 18 is not encouraged.
