Well, assuming your female, awhile if my understanding is correct. However, people have done it. One thing I will never forget was I found some gal on myspace who shoves a hose in her pussy until she looks like she is pregnant with "7 babies" (her words not mine). I'm no expert, but I think it may take a little practice and a method that you can rely on. There are YouTube videos on how to inflate but none that would get you that big.
