How to get as big as possible when inflating (without dying)

I have an aquarium pump (not that strong at all but still gets the job done) and I've been inflating for about 6 years, but, I have barely seen any diffrence in the inflation. When I feel even the slightest amount of pain I let out some air and keep going hopeing it was somthing passable but it just keeps happening. I just want to know how to get REALLY big withought harming myself (too much) I don't care if it ends up making me look fat or pregnant for long periods of time or what ever. I just want to get big like the others. Money isn't THAT much of an issue so I'm open to all options

I used to use an aquarium pump too, but found that it was too 'fast', as in it'd pump air so quickly I'd get horrible cramps before anything interesting happens. Nowdays I use a hand pump (one of those little portable ones for pushbike tires) and take it reeeally slow... Usually about 15 or so minutes until I'm 'full', so it's fairly hard to cramp because you're giving your body time to adjust and redistribute all the excess air without straining it.

im the same as trippysquidman, i used to use an electric pump but found i was getting cramps before i got to any real size. i too baught a bike pump and found that i could get much bigger with that, and also taking your time does allow you to get that big bigger than if you were to do it rapidly

Hi guys,

I always inflate with an aquarium pump - my new one apparently runs at 50 litres an hour (13.2 US gallons per hour) but seems a lot quicker than my last one, which was apparently double the flow rate.

Anyway, I don't know if it's just that I've got used to, or become 'desensitized' to the cramps, but I have managed to get past them until I'm literally full to the brim.

Problem is, suddenly air goes rushing into my stomach and, at that point, I'll probably throw up - there's no real warning, but suddenly I'll just hit the 'point of no return' and I can't do anything about it.

If you're getting severe cramps, a water enema first may help.

Happy pumping!

It's the same for me, but...I think I found a trick. I take in air from my mouth and then use a regular ball pump that pumps air out both ways, which is really efficient. But I figured out that if you hold the air in and make it move upward from the bottom of your belly area, the pain will slowly decrease. You can then pump more air in.

Wow, Datot, I know exactly how you feel... It's kinda ruined it for me because it's hard to push one's limits when it always results in throwing up :(

I have absolutely no idea if it works or not, but now days I just pump almost to that point and then lie on my stomach... not only does it feel incredible, but I'm hoping it 'stretches' my intestines- please, someone correct me if I'm just delusional!
