What is the best/fastest way to increase capacity?

Hey, im really new to inflation (tried it my first time a bit over a week ago) and i would like some tips on how to quickly increase my capacity.

I have a friend who have been inflating for a long time and she can get ridiculously huge but im struggling to even see a bumb in my belly. I did ask her before coming here but she is refusing to tell me her secret.

Unfortunately there probably isn't a secret. The only way I know of is to just practice. Do it again and again, and over time you'll increase your capacity. It's a lot like any other exercise. The tip would be to push a little further each time. Find the point you really start to feel like you can't handle it, and then go just a little further. Keep doing that, stretching yourself as it were, and you'll eventually be able to take more and more.

Of course, again like exercise, you don't want to push too far. You never want to continue if you feel pain. And you don't want to practice too often or you'll get exhausted and start hurting yourself more than helping. Just take it slow and practice.

For something like this, there is no safe and fast way to do it. Better safe than dead.

Just a little more. You can take it...I hope...

Like the poster above, he/she is right. You cannot force increased capacity, that is something that comes with time. For one, the body isn't used to that act. Think of it like working out at the gym: Initially your body won't grow stronger, but after making it routine and getting used to it (there is no rush to this, it takes time and you shouldnt do it more than once a day) your body will start to learn how to stretch out and contain larger amounts.

Also, I wouldn't reccomend doing it more than once a day, I would say at most once every three to four days, longer if you can. Once your body gets used to this it will learn how to hold in larger amounts of air and water, and with time the intestine strength should increase so you can hold in more. It can take weeks to see any noticable distention, but with time, practice, and patience, you should be able to distend to about a 6-7 month pregnant look.

The biggest thing to remember is that you CANNOT push your body and try to go above your limit. I can almost guarantee a rupture that way as the air or water might not travel through your small intestine into your stomach. Just let time be your coach, and if there's pain, stop. You can't push past the pain, and when you reach the point that the pain is constant and doesnt fade, you've gone too far and absolutely should not take anymore in.

This might help:

Please mind the kid Ketzal words: there's NO indication this amount can be trained.

Also, one of the forum visitors already almost died when ignoring the limits and pushing. So much for permanent popping. In real life it really is.

Also, okay, I know in your place New Year isn't as a big thing as in mine - but still, HAPPY NEW YEAR ^_^
I wish you to enjoy life to its fullest - and to know when to stop.

I think I might have been misunderstood. I wasn't suggesting you should "push past the pain". Absolutely not, in fact. If you feel pain, you should stop immediately. What I was suggesting you push past is that first initial "full" feeling.

When you're inflating, there's a certain point (long before any pain should occur) that you begin to feel a full sensation. I know many people usually stop at this point, mostly because it starts to feel a little uncomfortable. But as I see it, if you're not in pain or cramping, you can go just a little more into this uncomfortable zone. Getting there and holding it for a little bit is what helps get the body used to stretching and holding more.

Once again, you should never ever push yourself to the point of pain or beyond. As mentioned, that is precicely the way you injure yourself, or worse.

Just a little more. You can take it...I hope...

Oh I hadn't misunderstood you. I was agreeing and adding to it. You made it clear for sure.

Thanks. Glad people don't think I'm just blowing hot air. No pun intended, lol.

The way that person described it - overinflation gave that person a regular uncomfortable feeling but no pain. Until there was a sudden sharp pain. Yes, that person stopped immediately, but harm was already done.
I think - we're lacking sensors in that area. So please be prepared you'll lack signals/data until it will be too late.
You might want to take that into account ^_^ Have a healthy year ^_^
