Open to ideas for filming in my inflatable suit

Hey everyone, for those of you who don't know, I got an inflatable suit a couple months ago and, while I've asked on my YouTube page (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWw8P-RCnCi0KzEX8jd7TNg), I don't think I've really asked here.

Since I work as a videographer (don't trust the quality of my suit video's, those don't have as good production values becuase I can't really change things in suit), and there aren't a lot of inflatable suit video's on YouTube, I'd like to help contribute to the community by taking open suggestions. Is there anything you guys want me to do or to try?

On that note, there are a couple of things I won't do

  • Anything pornographic or sexual
  • Anything destructive

First reason is that while I know lots of people "enjoy" the suit video's, I do not intend on them being pornographic material so I will not shoot them that way. I really don't care how you enjoy it, but don't expect me to try having sex with someone in it or something.

Second is that this suit cost about $350. While it's not a ton of cash I really don't make a lot of money, so I can't exactly afford to blow up $350 for a video. Of course should you have that kind of cash and want to send it to me to get a suit to pop, I'll make an exception for that.

So please, if you have idea's, I'd like to hear them! I can't guarantee I'll film them or film them in a timely matter, but hey, this is free people. I ain't charging and this takes time to do!

Clothes over the top is always a winner :)

Terrific idea. No idea why I hadn't thought of that before!

Yeh you can do a few videos with different clothes. You'll get different shapes of inflation. Buttons and belts are good. I would say use things with a bit of give as not to strain the suit too much.

One that works very well for my inflatable suit is an oversized zentai suit.  Since it covers the entire inflatable suit, you don't have to worry about certain areas popping out and since it's lycra spandex, the material stretches quite consistently all over.  The online company Doitstyle.com was able to make one for me based on extremely large measurements.  I'd recommend them.

Murkstorm

Circus clown? Santa Claus? Keystone Cop? Psychologist & patient skit?

Play a character, not just "guy blowing up."

Well, I'm not really for playing a character actually, it's more for showcasing the suit.

JustInflate

Try inflating with a HulaHoop ring around you.

Inflate bigger so the ring will be "absorbed" by the suit :)

Well, it might stress the suit a bit (too much pressure on one area caused a seperation between the seams), but it's a good idea and I'll take that into consideration.

This is along shot but how about in a pool? haha

I actually already thought of that, but there are a couple issues why sadly I cannot consider at this time:

  1. The suit has a minor leak somewhere, so if I accidentally get water in it, there's a good chance I won't be able to get all of it out and the moisture inside the suit can/probably will cause it to rot prematurely.
  2. I can't set up a pool in my back yard because it's on a slope, and I do not know if I could use it at a local pool due to the chlorination. I'll probably ask more on the whole chlorination process (where you change the molecular structure of latex), but I'd rather not risk the suit going part chlorinated and possibly loosing its inflatablility.

I really like the idea, and if I can get the leak plugged then I would absolutely love to give it a shot, but I have to do some more checking out first. Even the slightest bit of moisture inside can cause issues, and I really don't feel like having to purchase a new suit. Honestly, being a human life raft or being able to float like that sounds like a ton of fun, and I'm sure Blowup_Boy can probably attest to that too ;)
