Yet Another Introduction Topic

You've all probably seen this many times before, but I figured that I would formally introduce my self. I've had an inflation fetish for a few years, but I've mostly lurked on this forum, along with a few other websites with inflation content. Since I have no art or writing skills whatsoever, I decided to make an account here, to discuss inflation, instead of creating content.

I have very specific tastes regarding the inflation fetish; far too many tastes to list in this short post. I may not be active on these forums very often, since I'm not very social.

And boom goes the inflatee

Not very social, eh? Like a geek? That's who create the coolest things in the world, you know ^_^

Now you see the whole forum, there are cool topics in Writer's Den and Artist's Studio as well

I'm not really a content creator on here, but I do a lot of IRL inflations and help others as well. If you practice self-inflations and need any guidance, be sure to let me know and I'd be happy to help you out.

Welcome to the forums, by the way.

Thank you.

I've read your inflation guide, and it is very informative. However, I can't practice real-life inflation, due to lack of privacy and proper equipment. If I lived by myself, then I would definitely try real-life inflation (following your guide, of course).

I've been able to do it with people in the house, but without a doubt, it's much better and less stressful (it shouldn't be stressful at all) when people aren't home.

Thanks for taking a look at my guide, and if you want to make that jump you'll know when to try it.

As someone who also doesn't live alone (I have a roommate), I can sympathize. However, I've noticed that there are always going to be times when I get the place to myself for a little while, and I'm glad I had the equipment handy. It only takes a few minutes to inflate, and possible hours to deflate, method depending, so unless he's gone for a good amount of time, it's not a good idea. Still there have been times where he's been gone for a day or more that I've been thankful I had my things ready.

If your housemates (be they family or otherwise) leave for extended periods of time every now and then, it might not be a bad idea to invest in some inflation equippment and keep it handy, just in case. Most of the things you would want to get are fairly inconspicuous, and relatively cheap if you shop around. I would recommend a good bike pump, some tubing, and some electrical tape for a basic inflation kit. All of these should be easy to come by, and shouldn't raise a lot of questions from nosy individuals.

Of course, if you're in a situation where you never get to be alone, I feel terribly sorry for you. You're definitely missing out. If you find yourself financialloy able, might I suggest a decent-level hotel for a one-night stay? All in all, there are ways to get alone time if you really want it.

My family rarely leaves all at once, so I can't really inflate at home. True, a bike pump is inconspicuous, except for the fact that I never ride a bike. The hotel idea sounds good, but it would be suspicious if I told my family that I would stay at a hotel for a night. I also don't think it's worth paying for indulging in my inflation fetish. I'd rather just wait a long time, be it 3 years or 30 years, until I get my own home/apartment.

The next time my whole family leaves for whatever reason, I'll probably try to inflate with a bike pump, assuming that I can find a tube and tape around. I would try inflating with a shower hose, but I heard that it's dangerous, due to fluctuating temperatures and high pressure.

Would you reccomend inflating with an empty can of whipped cream (not the whipped cream itself, but using the compressed air to inflate)?

Best of luck to you in your waiting. I know that can be tough, especially if it takes a long time. I hear ya in not wanting to spend money, but just remember that nothing is free in this world.

I have done a shower hose with no problems, but it can be dangerous if you don't take percautions. The pressure issue can be overcome by simply turning the faucet down, but that requires a bit of practice, and even that practice can hurt you. Basically, if you don't know what you're doing, don't try it.

I've never tried a whipped cream can, full or otherwise. I would imagine that since most of the propellant is spent by the time the cream is emptied, there wouldn't be much left for inflation afterward. There are plenty out there who have done whipped cream, and if you can find one of them you might get better answers. Sorry about that.

While I think the majority of people use a bike pump, I've personally found a cheap aquarium pump to be MUCH nicer, because it's all automatic and delivers it slowly.

I would try inflating with a shower hose, but I heard that it's dangerous, due to fluctuating temperatures and high pressure.

It's worth noting that while I've only heard of a couple minor injuries due to that, I found starting off (and to a degree a bit still) that I would feel nauseated after doing it. If you really want to do it properly and safely, invest in an enema kit. I know it's a lot to do if you've never tried it before but I can't recommend it enough for water.
