Hey guys just thought I ought to tell everyone there's a new app called "Fast Food Rampage", which has expansion as the method you use to destroy enemies. The premise is you're a clown who owned a fast food chain which has been put out of business by the vegans you fight in the game. Essentially you fatten up your foes till they pop. It's actually pretty fun.

Sounds like Diet A Go Go, an old Data East arcade game where a mad scientist releases a bunch of monsters that has turned all food on Earth into like sweets and candy. You play as a male or female gym trainer.
It was actaully a fun game. Your character can get hit twice inflating a bit each time.
