I must've been around 8 or 9 and I watched 'Who framed Roger Rabbit'. The opening sequence where Roger got inflated by the hoover always interested me. I would rewind the tape multiple times and I guess that's where it started, lol.
What's your earliest memory of Inflation?
Playing Kirby's Dream Land when I was around 4 or 5 years old on my sister's Game Boy.
The ending specially was my first contact with inflation.
That one scene from DBZ where Buu inflates and bursts that one dude.
An old dutch/belgian tv show about a young witch. I always hope to find this back, but still no luck with that.
do you know the name of the show ?
No not really. I was around 5 years old when i saw it. It can be that it aired in the Harry Potter hype.
What actually happened in the show?
There was a witch (20-30 years old) who lived in a house in the woods. On one day a saleman/house cleaner comes around because her house is a mess. But she is not intrest in buying stuff of the man because she cleans her house with magic.
This man saw her use this cleaning spell(from her book). So the man steals her book. But a witch has a curse if her book is stolen. She starts to inflate, and she most get her book back before she explodes.
Dont ask me how but she finds back her book and the spell is broken (so she dont explode and starts to deflate).
Was this live action or a cartoon show?
A live action show

was it a comedy series?
I know it was aimed for kids. But i dont know it was used as comedy as main. The villan was your typical "i am more a fool as badguy". But about the witch, the curse was really dangerous.
But when i saw i was 4-5 years old, so not all parts are clear in my mind as you can inderstand.
Inspector Gadget and his inflatable coat.
my earliest memories were watching childhood cartoons, such as the sugar crisp commerical. the big "confusion" started when i was in the 3rd grade and my class watched the 1971 willy wonka movie. it was a big eye opener that i never properly understood until puberty. even after puberty, i never quite understood until i found this site and finally realized i wasnt alone.
There were couple of cartoons that I had strange interest in since I was 2 or 3. I don't remeber which one exactly was the first, so here is the one that I haven't mentioned earlier:
A soviet 1988 cartoon, "Медвежуть" ("Bear Eeriness" or "Beariness"), aside from being a hilarious parody of surrealistic movies, features a storyline where a bunch of animals finds a magical box that gives everyone as much of their prefered food as they wish. Expectedly, they end up stuffing themselves to the brim.
don't really know, I've liked the idea of being inflated since I can think... when I was like, 15, it kinda turned sexual xD
I remember seeing a episode of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles titled Michaelengo's Birthday and there was a scene where Leo, Raph and Donny blew up like balloons after getting sprayed with a gas that was suppose to turn them into babies
It was Pluto the Pup ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HOfKoCKdBM 5:25 ) I can remember that I got a "big" boner although I was only 4 years old (even though that scene wasn't anything fabulous but I can remember that I liked the sound too). I couldn't identify that but my body already knew what's happening. xD
So as far as I can remember, I was always into this - - - I think that at the same time, I used to play with balloons, I inflated them again and again, sometimes they popped and then I was afraid of that someone might have heard that.
I remember seeing a pregnant woman when I was about 4 or 5 years old and thinking that she was gonna fly away like a balloon, so I grabbed ahold of her ankle to stop her from flying away. One of the funniest experinces when I look back at it, but who'd have known that it would've lead to influencing my sexual tastes?
Mine was a super low budget, early 90's kids movie called "The Learning Station." I used to watch it all the time with the other kids in daycare, so I was pretty young, somewhere around 4 to 6.
It was a collection of songs for kids to sing and dance along to. In one song, the singers gave the kids a series of silly little commands like "Make a funny face!" "Swim like a fish!" and "Jump up and down!" The song ends with the lyric "We have one last dare, now we're all balloons filling up with air!"
There were three singers, and at this point, one of them takes out an air pump and starts pumping while the other two inflate. At this point, I remember me and all the other kids pretending to inflate as well. The song ends when the two singers pop, and we would all collapse to the floor.
Needless to say, this song stayed with me.
Do you remember the name of the song?
This seems to be their Youtube channel: The Learning Station

The inflation bit is at 3:34. I haven't been able to find the video, but from what I remember, it was just the two guys pretending to be inflated rather than any actual inflating. It was just close ups of the two guys puffing out their cheeks, bellies, and chests.
Thanks. Even without actual inflation, mimicking sounds good enough for me. And the lady being the one who is pumping them is fine as well.
Linked video is not available, but at least I know the name of the song.
The Bond flick "Live and Let Die," hands-down winner for "Most Absurd Villain Death Ever."
For me, I'm pretty sure it was the old Disney cartoon "The Three Little Pigs". The way the Big Bad Wolf's chest inflated when he inhaled fascinated me as a kid.
Another of my earliest memories was a children's storybook of Aesop's Fables, with a really amazing depiction of The Frog and the Ox. There was a gorgeous watercolor sequence of the frog inflating like a balloon to ENORMOUS size, ending in a full-page starburst of him bursting spectacularly.
After that, it was clips like this: https://youtu.be/_GYvmJXsptE as well as the scene from the animated Baron Munchaussen movie, where the character Hurricane (the one in my avatar) puffs himself up like a balloon in order to blow up a windstorm. You can find it here: https://youtu.be/Oy1NpjS08fU (the inflation scene is at 22:43).
All of these had a huge influence on the evolution of my fetish, and continue to influence it to this day.
Hippo hurricane holler. Anybody remember that?
I had to look that one up. Never heard of/seen it before, but dang if it isn't up my alley. XD
Three girls in my junior school playground pretending to inflate one of them with blood when I was nine.
That's fucking metal oh my god
I can't believe Mammoth Mutt from "Krypto the Superdog" hasn't been mentioned yet. Now, to be fair, I had seen Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory a few times when I was in 1st and 2nd grade, but I didn't think anything of the famous/infamous blueberry inflation scene from that movie.
Then around 3rd or 4th grade, they started showing "Krypto the Superdog" on Kids WB, and once I was introduced to Mammoth Mutt, that's when I got "interested".
Admittedly, my first thoughts of inflation were not actually tied to any one cartoon or movie. Certainly, once I started seeing content, it just cemented in my mind what I liked, but this is how I think my fetish truly started.
Back when I was five or six, my mother(an avid horse person), would often take her horses to these training grounds a ways away from our house. Rather than leave me at home by myself, she'd have me come along while she trained her horses. Now, she worked during the day, and so only could do this training at night for one or two hours. I remember lamenting those nights because they were all frigid cold. Winter time sucked. Anyways, so one day while I was off sitting and shivering in a chair outside the arena my mother was using, I started to fantasize(more daydream, given my age) about getting away. Wondering how I could, I imagined my jacket and pants all sealing up at the cuffs around my ankles and feet, and just filling up with air. Swelling spherically, floating me into the air, and toward my house, just to get away from having to sit in the cold.
I consider this my first inflation thought, and for the life of me, were it inspired by something, I cannot think of what it would have been then. A cartoon? Mostly likely, but I can't think of a single one that would have triggered it.
I would have to say Who Framed Roger Rabbit. I can't even count how many times I reminded that opening cartoon scene
I was given an impromptu demonstration of belly inflation by my older foster-brother.
Yes, it's a really messed up story; no, I won't post it here; yes, I'll talk about it over private messages.
why doesn't it exist
seeing a pregnant lady and wondering how big she could get
when we were about 5 and 6. My sister and I created this game where would pretend to feed each other ridiculous amount of food and drink (Eg 12 cans of coke, 67 cakes ) and "grow" our bodies accordingly. then at random points wed pretend to get too big or the other would get a pin and we'd explode
I recall my first thought was actually all the way bad in Kindergarden. Obviously it wasn't sexual, but the thought did cross my mind with a girl that was in my class. I don't know why, as I hadn't seen any material before hand that would make me think of it. I even did drawings(shitty drawings) of it in old books I had at home.
Year's later when I was a bit older, I suppose when it started becoming more of a sexual thing for me, the scene with Gravity Girl from Flying Rhino Juinor High becoming 10,000 times her own weight did it for me.
Violet Beauregarde, original Wonka. I remember watching it as early as four years of age and it changed my life forever
I just wanted to be the first to mention WW.
