Does anyone have them? The person who made it is basically dead and the game is still very fun, however you don't get much air to work with, and I know there's a code to increase the amount.

tl;dr: It's an inflation game in progress that had a proof of concept game come out.
It's captainstupids inflation based game, unfortunatly not Hotline Miami based, it's currently in it's alpha stage, however according to the above, he is still working on it.
In the meanwhile though he released a proof of concept game demonstrating the model, that proof of concept game gives you 175 units of air and a girl to inflate. Unfortunatly you can't inflate her all at once, you need to stretch her, and you can only do that by inflating her to her current max, then deflating her. Once the 175 units are used up (which happens quickly) you can't get them back.
But there are cheat codes he said he would release a year after it came out, but it's been 2 years and he hasn't released them. Im guessing one of them has to be a more air cheat.
