Lina Inverse from the anime Slayers. She's always picked on because of her small breasts, so why not give her a boost? I'd say start with the bust, and keep on going...

To address the point regarding real people vs fictional characters, I think that fantasy characters are easier to envision in unbelievable situations, because we see them in those situations all the time. That's why they exist! There is something to be said about not letting yourself completely go, or putting limits on your fantasy--but keep in mind the name of this topic is Inflate-a-Character, not Inflate-a-Celebrity, so my thoughts immediately went to fictional folk.
I can't argue with, say, the already-inflated looks of Dolly Parton, Pam Anderson, and Anna Nicole Smith. But more of a good thing is always good.

I want to see Jedi Knight Aayla Secura from Star Wars inflated. I guess the punchline for that could be that she’s practicing a new Force power, but it backfires on her. The second is to do the characters Rain Mikamura and Allenby Beardsley from Mobile Fighter G Gundam. The joke is that their fighting suits are in their normal colors, but are now like Asuka’s inflated plug suit from Neon Genesis Evangelion.
I would like to see Raven of Teen Titans the animated series inflated to almost completely round with helium and I would like to see Starfire tying a string to her ankle playing with her. Please.
