My all time favourite pic is the old " A sudden surge of team spirit" pic from dear, departed Spectre. It had a simple inflation, a Cheeleader whose body was rather bloated, and she looked very confused by the whole thing..

It's impossible to pick a favorite, but one that leaps to mind as being original and leaving a strong impression on me is Big Horse's "Inflatee"--he played with perspective beautifully there.
Better to choose my favorite from each artist, though. Too much good stuff.

I just want to bring attention to my favourite inflation cartoon, by one of the ost underrated artists in our community.
Cheerleader Comic by Vlad Drake.
I love this comic because of the sheer randomness of what happens; the look of shock and confusion on the cheerleader's face as she blows up like a life raft and also the way instead of drawing her exploding, he draws the doors and windows being blown out from a viewpoint outside the building.
It's a shame he hasn't done anything for a long time.
