Supersized
Well my good sir. I happen to write weight gain/inflation stories featuring extreme large sizes. Let us talk and debate on this.
Sounds good. Hit me up on AIM as airheadspec or via the email in my profile.
Count me as another extremeist, Spectre. One of poems also speaks for that.
Well, I like huge sizes, but not really incomprehensibly huge like you're talking. I'd have to say house-sized would be the usual limit for me. XD
I'd say go for it, supersized inflation seems to be a lost art. I always liked the cartoony look of a woman being turned into a blimp
oh I'd say planet sized would be very fun. maybe bigger. universe size?
When you can't tell its a girl anymore, then its too big.
Very large sizes are fun, but I think it takes the right inflation style to pull it off, one in which the head and limbs grow along with everything else rather than just being absorbed. A normal-sized head atop a planet-sized body would just look ridiculous, and I generally prefer inflation styles that don't absorb the limbs anyway, no matter the size of the inflation--when they are absorbed, it just looks unpleasant for the person being inflated.
I've written about some fairly large sizes before, but never quite made it to the planetary scale... though I do have a story idea I want to do eventually which would involve that kind of growth. From a story standpoint, that sort of size can be problematic... the options for what a character does at that size are limited. It's probably easier to explore truly huge inflation visually.
I agree, ridiculous sizes are often overlooked. IMO, out of all the artists I have seen, Critical Volume seems to pull this off well. He was going through a phase where a majority of his works were this way, and the proportions of the limbs were closer to normal.
Rathani, I specifically remember the pic for you on your b-day. You got to be QUITE large. Although, it seems you ended up getting the massive treatment from a variety of artists. Guess you're just lucky. :D
Yes, that was a neat image. ^^ It wasn't just luck, by the way--Naomi, my girlfriend, actually organized artists to do that for my birthday. It was a great gesture from the community.
As for Critical Volume's work, I helped him a bit when he was coming up with the inflation shape I think you're referring to. I'm quite fond of how he does larger inflations like that as well. ^^
Does anyone remember "terriblimp" from Johnny Swell?? That, and some of BH's bigger works are what come to mind for me. I think any artist could do a good building size inflation as long as you keep a cartoony feel to it. I know some artist try for a more realistic look in their subjects, but that campy feel is half the fun for these kinds of pics.
I agree with creature. My problem with supersize is that it does inflation the way i dont like. Its usually an inflation the character enjoys, and they always put some logic to it and i havent actually read a story like that where the character is like aware and scared. They put too much logic and the character either passes out or cant act like a person anymore. I like it with a bit more fantasy. Rathani did a story recently where the super giant size is done perfectly, too bad its done by magic and not against the character's will. lol
Personally, I say that if you can imagine a way to go further with a certain style, be it inflating someone planet sized or not, toss logic out the window and go for it. In the end, it's only a picture.
Nice avatar. 8)
Anyway, I concur. If you can imagine it, draw it!
extreme size is not quite my thing only for one reason...I do not want to have sex being used as a dildow..(is this speliked with an e or an i or with two l's...dang!)..if you can't imagine humping them then what's the use...after all, I do not know if any you have been with a large woman but hygene has to be a consideration and once bitten by that issue, you never forget it...planet size..hummm...I donno...now...about 7ft at the max or even 15 ft at the extreme I can handle...I like them when they blimp but look pear shaped, extra wide massive wide hips and buns going up to a more normal sized shoulders, arms and head...if you have ever seen a woman who is 7ft but is well portioned but with a head the size of a 5'5" woman ontop of a long neck and a somewhat perfect pear shape you will never forget it...! she was better than any art I have ever seen...to fatten her up would have been paradise but as it turned out she got married and she did fatten up to around 600 lbs..but on her that was not that massive...but at 7ft she was emmense...if she got on top she would have had to settle down on you like a hen so as not to break your back or penvis....I like something that is just past possible...but this woman was...7ft is huge for a 25 yr old woman...when your hand just vanishes inside of hers you are talking huge...and tits that would overspill a bucket each...now..has anyone ever seen "experiment #9"? that was about what I would go nuts over...but I have so see huge buns, perfectly shaped hips and thighs...like some of my old work....
mast
I generally don't fantasise about humping the inflated women. each to his own.
Gigantic sizes are fine by me, but i tend to like pics where you can see the entire body and still see their head, hands, feet, or whatever clearly :P.
The thing I dislike is that if limbs and breasts are absorbed, it kills it for me, cuz theres barely indication that its a woman, which what appeals to me.
And I like very cartoony inflation, just use a tank. No science or magic. Just inflate the person. Why? Because it can be done. Cartoon rules applied. lol
Personally, I like to keep inflatees in a reasonable size, as in not stretching out so much that it seems like they don't even have skeletons. The more realism I can have in a pic or video, the better. Of course, it's not like this fetish revolves around realism anyway ;)
I'm a fan. Orbs included.
I agree about the skeleton bit, but the way I combat that in my stories is to have my characters lose their feet and hands fairly early in the process.
I like about 6-7 foot spheres, i think when it gets larger than that, from a story standpoint, there's just so many places you can go with a girl the size of a planet, you know? when the're reasonably small, you can actually have some situations with them, but eh, Again, jsut my opnion :)
But when the girl is the size of a planet, or rather, she IS the planet, you can go anywhere... XD
Ack... that was dirt... I need to sleep.
Toushe, Dwarf, hehe :-D
I like supersized inflations, but house size or airship size is usually enough for me. Anything bigger (IMO) and you can barely tell it's a woman anymore, as Archangel Dreadnought pointed out. I also agree with Creature that extreme inflations work best in a cartoony, unrealistic style.
As for the "skeleton" aspect, I like to think as the girl is inflating, her bones, muscles, skin, etc. become just flexible and malleable enough to accommodate her expansion (like the new Violet, or possibly Mr. Oma's Sketchy Inflation drawings (which are fantastic, BTW)).
I don't know. But it works for me.

I personally think limbs being absorbed looks cute... makes the vitcim look so helpless
