As you know, maieusiophilia (the term for a pregnancy fetish) is a close cousin to inflation. Being that it has a somewhat larger constituency than strict inflation, one can occasionally find a good pregnancy thread on 4chan. Just recently, however, this link was posted on /d/, which leads to a pregnancy fetish board made in the style of 4chan, in Japanese, with quite a few gems.

BE WARNED, however, that some pictures are somewhat extreme and/or adult in nature. If you've ever seen /d/, you'll know what I mean. View at your own risk.

Try now. 403 means Forbidden, so if it still comes up, try unlocking a few firewall settings.

No luck yet. I turned my security off but no go. I also relaxed my privacy setting in IE.
