You might try some of the older Yahoo! Groups; I seem to recall having seen the series around there a few years ago.

I googled and found nothing :( Sounds interesting. i never did read much of those stories.
I believe that was Fuusenkunoichi 9; Kamiko fights Lord Hanzo's assassin, Sadako, and eventually inflates her via the latter's butt and a bamboo chute.
