Here is an interesting(maybe)thing I noticed about myself when I use my inflat. plug when I also do air inflation.Others may find it interesting to try if they have not.
When I pump the plug up big I can actually see my lower belly swell out,so,when I inflate by tube by throat my belly can swell out more because of the other pressure from below.Everybody is different,so you may not get such a noticeable change OR you may see an even bigger change.

How big is it to start with??
I suggest for a beginner in this particular fetish,that you start with a smaller regular plug and get your body parts used to it.Stretching the sphincter muscles.
