My Hero aka Thermoman Inflation Scene

George Sunday (Ardal O'Hanlon) is a mild-mannered shopkeeper who has an "alter ego". Whenever danger threatens, he changes into the superhero "Thermoman" and rushes off to save the world.

One day, Thermoman saves Janet Dawkins (Emily Joyce) from certain death when she falls into the Grand Canyon. He takes a fancy to her and decides that he wants to get to know her better. He tries to get to know her as "George", since he doesn't want her to know about his "alter ego".

Things don't go quite according to plan, however. George soon has to reveal to Janet that he's really Thermoman. She accepts him anyway and the two end up living together. Eventually, they get married and have a son and a daughter.

Right now onto the scenes. The first takes place in the first series I think, basically Janet becomes pregnant with George's baby, I think it started as a dream sequence where absically george approached her in the hospital and told her about how their pregnancies are fast. That's when she notices her stomach is swelling. This scene is awesome since she wears a nurse's uniform and it grows fairly large until the front of her apron snaps. The second scene takes place in one of the later series...the woman it happens too isn't the best looker inthe bunch but you don't see her face when it happens. Basically George accidentally gives Mrs Raven (A bad-tempered receptionist at the clinic where Janet works) superpowers and she becomes an evil villain known as The Raven. In order to get rid of her powers and her memory of it George has to suck it out of her (her mouth, dummy >_<) anywho, he hesitantly locks lips with her and a fight ensues to between the two, at first she is winning and she is sucking so hard that her body starts to swell up, again another good scene since you don't see her face, and the buttons on her blouse pop too. I can try to get clips of them...but I'd have to hunt down the dvd since I don't think they'd be hosted online. Oh and My Hero is a British show, but you may be lucky enough to catch it on the american BBC channel O.o iunno, anyway I hope this helps :D

Ok I did some searching and found an episode guide, the first one (the pregnancy scene) takes place in Series 2 episode 13

13. Pregnant

Our heroic couple find out that they're pregnant in this episode. As part of the pregnancy George endows Joyce with Ultronian powers, which she the uses to go about saving the day. The sub plot is Mrs. Raven convincing Piers that he is going to be on "This is Your Life", and uses this to milk all sorts of 'goodies' out of smarmy Dr Piers.

The next one is Series 4 episode 29

29. Space Virus

George picks up a potentially fatal space virus as Thermoman and spreads it to his nearest and dearest—only a Thermo kiss of life can neutralise it. During the process of curing them, he accidentally passes on his super-powers: Stanley and Ella become Faldo Man and Dorothy Perkins, and Mrs Raven terrorises the world with spiteful acts of mischief. Can the superhero redeem himself and return things to normal?
