I stumbled across this BE video on youtube which reminded me of one I had seen in the vault years ago, but I am almost certain it is not the same one. It's basically a woman on the street gag where a bike pump inflates her breasts instead of the bike tire.

I've seen it, though not that particular video, it was already on youtube and I added it to the inflation channel.
