I find it amusing, looking at the page on the youtube channel that has this video, most of the videos have pretty low views in comparison. A few 5s and 10s here, then you look at this one that's accumulated over 120.
It's either paranoid inflation fetishists checking that they're not getting badmouthed or people who are really, really bemused by the video's title and its preview still.
I'm not going to bother looking through the comments, as they'll probably just make me angry. Then again, idiocy in youtube comments isn't exactly anything new.
Edit: After watching the whole thing... Well, he's at least taking it as seriously as we all really should be. In other words, not very (just look in the "We Are Silly" topic for that, anyway) and makes to important comment that there must be more people into this stuff than we think.
The misinformation of the inflatee always being overweight is a tad annoying (but hey, trying to understand us and what the heck we're into is hard enough) but otherwise this could've been a whole lot worse.
He handles the video rather well, considering the topic. I might check out the rest of his videos sometime.

After reading it it more sounds like he's making fun of the people making the youtube videos rather than making fun of the fetishes itself.
He actually seems pretty cool about it though, which is actually a relief from having to hear someone gripe about how disgusting it is.

The only reason I can say that he's not making fun of everything of the fetish is because he just showed two homemade morph clips and what looks like a homemade balloon stuffing video.
If he would go into say stuff about the pictures that we draw or perhaps the inflation scenes from the movies and TV shows, then it would more seem like that.
His stuff seems to be about stuff that's pretty much "homemade video oriented".
I actually prefer the angle about large women. Keeps it a tad distant from just how really weird we really are (check this site in its entirety for reference).
But really, large girls are already large. Though I havent given it much thought.
