Not to burst your buble (oh,the inflation puns never stop here, do they?) but there are a few others. There is one about a girl who bakes 'compressed helium pills' or something into cookies and gives them to her classmates, and several comics by http://minnagowaseiryuu.deviantart.com/ involving inflating baked goods of various designs. There's a few others, spells cast on cookies and baked goods, etc.
NFP does seem like the quintissential story about it though.
BTW, I couldn't tell from the story, but did she get boyant in the end, or just big enough to fill the room?
