I don't know if it's mostly 4chan people or just the impatient people, but there are some Japanese sites that are blocking out foreign ISP's due to the rudeness of people who can't wait or the overflow of personal requests from people. It's like we have to keep new sites under wraps and hope they don't discover it...(wishful thinking).
