yes, I mean bearing in mind this is the website of a mainstream newspaper my guess is that this is a 'just for fun' thing... not a fetish, and not using a pumps or anything... she just has the ability to bloat her stomach out, perhaps by swallowing air, and she does also arch her back a bit.
Holy cow! That's some impressive volume if she's not using a pump. And she looks cute, too. If only we could track her down and commission some more videos from her.
