I found a fun little moment of breast inflation in an animated episode of the popular Negima manga.
Anya (The red haired magician girl) is jealous of all the busty girls Negi (the hero) hangs out with, so she performs a spell on herself and Nodoka. (one of Negi's many love interests)
Suffice to say, it works a bit too well...

I thought this was going to be a repost of the other Negima anime BE. I was pleasantly surprised to find it being a remake of the one from the old Manga pages.
