Ok, so I signed up for the BEArchive forum, but no pics show up. Now they said the old forum was hacked and they had to redo it. But even the newer posts show now pics. I've emailed them but no one's answered.
BEA
Almost all of the recent ones don't show up.
I found that too a while back when I was a member.
So does anyone know how to contact gonZo, one of the global moderators? The only contact email I can find, no one is answering. I think my account for the forum is messed up or something.
Wow, did I ever get the short end of the stick.
What are the BEA forum rules, exactly, concerning paid members and non-members? Im not a paying user, and the result:
I can't PM
I can't post or start a new topic
I can hardly see any attachments whatsoever - even those from after the huge hack that they apparently had
I can't even access my own profile
How exactly do I contact the admins? I would think that, even though I am not a paying member of the site as a whole, it isn't very helpful to be able to create a profile and do pretty much nothing with it. The "can't access my own profile" bit seems to flag this as a bug, but guess what, if I can't post I have no way of letting them know. Plus, I can't find any good contact info myself. Help?
In the same boat. Can't email anyone, can't access my own profile, can't view anyone else's to even email them.
Strange...
I just checked my account over at the BEA forum and everything was working fine. Profile access, attachments, posting, et cetera...
I wish I had a helpful answer for you. Perhaps it has something to do with your browser? (I use Firefox)
I use Firefox as well, but I have the same issue with explorer and with Chrome.
I've seen where some had their accounts reset or deleted, but I can't do either one cause I have no way to contact these guys. The one email I have, they've not responded to.
I am sorry to hear that. My avatar was removed in their forum, but I was able to upload it again.
They certainly do need a decent contact e-mail, perhaps on their main page. Something other than the "Customer Care" contact. (But that's just my opinion.)
Hey AirWolf, I was actually considering posting this at EM too but I know your policy on complaints for other sites.
I was hoping that someone could actually post about this on the forums, instead of an e-mail - a post to the forums seems more likely to be read and responded to right now. If anyone is able and willing to do so, many thanks.
Which threads are you looking at? Several of the newer posts have pics.
