I really like it. It's male inflation. He's inflated and an attractive naughty woman is leaning on him.
The boy's body is a shaded one-colored sphere, but is convicing and very nice for being just your second go. His cheeks are puffed as well.
The woman is really pretty and I love her wink, but for my tastes I would like her more if she had her chest a little more covered. It is a little daring for me.
Very good overall.

Hooray for some male inflation! My only suggestion is to give them some clothes that they can be busting out of, with the belly sticking out and the shirt riding up the body. Would look great!

Thanks for all your comments. I now have a third manipulation up.
It's got a mistake around the shading of the hand but apart from that I'm happy with it.

"Sunset Beachball" is a great improvement over "Blow Kisses." It is easier to render shading and highlights with a dark color than white. The woman (Denise?) in the second image is also free of the white fringing. Good work, keep at it.
