Some of you may not remember "The Tracey Ullman Show", but I remember a skit (title above) featuring Martin Short.
In the skit, Short plays an Elvis fanatic on a date with a character played by Ullman. At some point, it turns into a something out of a musical with Ullman's character's boobs growing.
The expansion is just enough to notice, but nonetheless, it is a skit I have been looking for for a few years now. If there is anyone who knows where I can find it, I would be grateful.

Tracey was playing Ann-Margret, a frequent Elvis co-star. It's not much of an expansion, as you note, but I do have it, edited and without audio, in QuickTime:
